2015 Summary of Art

Aw jeez its been a rough year for me. I battled depression, art block, lack of confidence, and family drama. I didn't progress as much as I could have this year but at least I found some improvement.

January ; 
- I tried to shade with water colors and everything went wrong. Aha I'm not a fan of this piece but meh 
February ; Singmire
- Attempted to do the blur effect thing that I see alot of artist doing. It didn't really work out but I still love this piece. 
March and April  
- I couldnt find anything to represent March and April. I stopped creating art for bit around this time. 
May ; CE: Home
- I opened up about my depression and created an illustration to represent how I felt. 
June ; [CE] Alice in Ventian Japan
- I turned my focus to creating BGs. 
July ; [CE:] Forget Me Not
- Moar BGs and shading! 
August  
- Again I stopped working on art to get ready for school. 
September
- Tried to convince myself I wasn't a crappy artists. Succeeded in creating art. 
October ;  Inktober (3)- Kirarei
- I tried to do Inktober but completely forgot about it 
November ; Bby Sophrona Wip
- One of my teachers told me I needed to loosen up with my art, so I created a rough painting from a photo reference. 
December ; Secret Santa- Breath
- Here I rose from the dead to work on art. Tried a new style of shading.
